Do you need a copy of your transcript or other student records?

To make a request, please send a request via email, U.S. mail, or fax to Yvonne Panarello, Registrar.

In the request, please include your name (while a student at LTS), new name if applicable, year of graduation or last dates of attendance, and address where transcripts/records should be mailed.  Transcripts and records will not be sent via e-mail due to confidentiality issues.  Faxed copies of transcripts are unofficial.
