Make A Gift
Did you know…?
- Traditionally, more than 50% of students receive scholarship? This year it is near 60%.
- Tuition alone does not fully cover the cost of educating each student, and in fact falls over $5,000 short per student?
- Since the 2007-08 school year, 100% of the faculty and staff have given to the Annual Fund, as have the Board of Trustees. Last year, 80% of current parents gave to the Annual Fund, in addition to paying tuition.
- Foundations and individual donors use alumni giving as a gauge of how alumni feel about the school.
- Even a $5 gift makes a difference.
While our greatest need each year is scholarship, we encourage our donors to designate their gifts to programs that excite them.
An influential math teacher from your formative years may inspire you to donate to the math department. You may want to honor a friend or relative who loved the arts and designate your gift to the arts department. Your experience as a student athlete may motivate you to help build Long Trail’s athletic programs.
Your gift matters a great deal to us and we’d like it to matter to you, too.
