ANNOUNCEMENTS:

  • FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 28: Parent Conferences for grades 6 and 7 are being held on Friday in the classrooms near support services from 8 am to 3 pm: Andrea’s old office, Deb’s room and the Conference Room..  8th graders should keep quiet between classes and not loiter around cubbies.  6th and 7th grade students will not have school and are encouraged to attend the conference with his/her parents.
  • STUDENT FORUM: There is a Student Forum today during assembly time.  If you have any questions about school or our community and you are not comfortable speaking in the forum,  please reach out to your student council representatives.  They will bring your question to the forum.
  • OUTING CLUB TRIP
    Sunday, September 30  11:00 am

    The LTS Outing Club will host a kayak, bike and picnic outing to Gale Meadow Pond in Bondville, VT on Sun., Sept. 30.  Interested families will meet at Gale Meadow at 11:00 am. Families may bring their own kayaks or rent kayaks from Equipe Sport in Rawsonville,VT.  Call to reserve your kayak and determine pick-up arrangements at Equipe at 802-297-3460.  There are also mountain biking trails around the pond for advanced riders.  Please bring a picnic lunch.  For more information, please contact Outing Club Student Leader Wesley Dennan ’21.
  • FREE CONCERT
    Saturday, September 29  1:00 pm
    The Manchester Youth Guitar Ensemble will perform a concert of classical guitar music at the Manchester Community Library. High school students Jacob Schmidt, Aiden Vogel, Sophie Jaeger, Zoe Grigsby, Mia Grigsby, and Emma Putney with instructor Brett Grigsby will perform a variety of classical guitar ensemble pieces. In addition, Jacob Schmidt will perform five solo pieces. LTS Senior Jacob Schmidt has organized this event, which is free and open to the public and recommended for ages 8 and older.
  • ERNIE’S CLASSES TODAY: Algebra 2 class – report to Hunter.  Work in teams to complete problem 2-11 part C then complete all questions in that challenge.  Homework:  complete problems 22 and 25. Physics – report to Whalen. Work on your sample nuclear physics problems.
