I grew up Milton, MA and graduated from Williams College with a BA in Art History and a concentration in Economics. After graduation I settled at Stratton Mountain Resort, and worked first as the Snow Reporter and then as the HR Recruiter. When friends from college decided to start up a broker/dealer in Manchester, I hopped on board and spent five years working as an institutional equities trader. After the financial collapse of 2008 I enrolled in VT’s Teacher Apprenticeship Program and was fortuitously placed at LTS. This year marks my fifth year as the IB History teacher and my third as the Admissions Director here at Long Trail School – an amazing place to teach and learn.
My wonderful husband Chad and I have two children – J.D. (9) and Lyla (6) – and a funny little dog named Woodstock. We love our simple Vermont life. Outside of school you can find me at yoga class, running, gardening, cooking, and of course shuttling my kids to various athletic events!
