ANNOUNCEMENTS:

• YEARBOOK PHOTOS: Walter will be here next Wednesday, December 12 at 2:00 for anybody who needs a retake or did not have their photo taken in October.  You MUST sign up with Chelley (ctifft@longtrailschool.org)  by Monday, December 10 if you want to have your photo taken.
• Thurs., Dec. 6 “Music in the Making”: All students in Geoffrey’s music classes will perform. Geoffrey requests that as many performers as can arrange transportation please come to the tech rehearsal on Wed., Dec. 5 from 3:00-4:45 pm.  Contact Geoffrey with questions.
• 2000’S DANCE 
  The Italian Club is hosting a dance with all the best music from the 2000’s on Fri., Dec. 7 from 7:00-9:00 pm.  Grades 9-12 are invited to attend. Admission is $7; trivia crack question success will result in a $2 discount.
• REMINDER: Community Share Basket items are due by December 14
• MANCHESTER TRACTOR PARADE AND TREATS!
  Long Trail will once again have a float in the annual Manchester Tractor Parade on Sat., Dec. 8 at 5:30 pm.  Join our float or just watch as we float on by! After the parade, please stop by LTS alumnus David Johnson’s place, North Meadow Farm, for a bonfire, hot cocoa and s’mores sponsored by the LTPA.  The bonfire will be burning from 6:00-8:00 pm.
• DORSET CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTING
  Long Trail Student Ambassdors invite the LTS community to join them for the annual Dorset Christmas Tree Lighting on Wed., Dec. 5 at 5:00 pm.  The evening begins with a Christmas Carol Sing-a-long on the town green. The tree is lit and a Chili and Soup Potluck ends the event at the Dorset Church. Please dress warmly and bring a flashlight for reading the caroling booklets.
