Home / Studio Art III and IV


Prerequisite: Studio I and II or permission from Arts faculty

Students will hone their skills as they develop a more advanced portfolio of 2- and 3-dimensional works of art. Students will express themselves through painting, collage, sculpture, encaustic, ceramics, and more. They will be exposed to artists, both past and present, who work in a variety of media. In Studio IV students will be more self-directed as they have had experience in art making and will be creating a body of work. Students will come away with an increased awareness of self-expression as they discover exciting new ways to incorporate alternative elements and materials into their studio pieces.
