Chromebook Use Agreement
The Chromebook Use Agreement must be signed by the student and financially responsible parent/guardian before the student may borrow a Chromebook set (Chromebook, charger, and laptop case).

Daily Use
There are a limited number of Chromebooks that may be checked out on a daily basis. These Chromebooks may not leave the building. Families will be billed for damaged or unreturned Chromebooks as listed in the Chromebook Long-Term Policy. The form below does not need to be completed for daily use.
