Ian loves art and has wanted to be an art teacher since 5th grade. Ian spent 20 years in the Army as a Documentation and Production Specialist working as a photographer, videographer, and graphic designer all over the world. Upon retiring from the military, he attended the Tom Savini Make-up Effects Program at the Douglas Education Center, where among other things he pursued his passion for sculpture. Upon graduation from there, he attended the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, obtaining his bachelor’s degree in studio art. Ian is a native Vermonter so it was only natural that he returned home to find his dream job at LTS.
