K has been working with youth both in and outside the classroom for 20+ years. She has a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a M.S. in Camp Administration/Leadership from Touro University. She spent much of her career exploring the West Coast and New England while directing summer camps and experiential education programs before becoming a classroom teacher. K loves living in Vermont where she can share her passion for the environment and science with LTS students, as well as hike, bike, run and ski in this beautiful area!
