Neal has been teaching at LTS since 2021 after serving as a public school administrator in Vermont from 2012-2021. Before coming to the Green Mountain State, Neal worked at Kimball Union Academy in Meriden, NH from 2002-2012, serving as a multi-disciplinary science teacher, alpine ski racing coach, rugby coach, dorm parent, and advisor. Neal lives in South Londonderry and spends his free time outdoors skiing, hiking, and mountain biking.
