Staff Directory

Steph is an accomplished coach and athlete, with 12 years of collegiate coaching experience in both Division I & III athletics. She has coached at Dartmouth College, Merrimack College, Connecticut College, Colby College, and Castleton University. Steph graduated from Plattsburgh State, where she played ice hockey and was a two-time National Champion, a two-time All American, a three-time All Academic team member, and Player of the Year in the ECAC West. Most recently, she was inducted into the Plattsburgh Hall of Fame Class of 2023. Steph is passionate about working with student athletes at all levels, helping them to find the balance of athletics and academics that will enable them to achieve their personal and professional ambitions. She began at LTS in 2023 as the director of athletics.
