Parent Conferences

Conferences are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Select AT LEAST 3 time slots that work for your schedule. Your 20-minute conference will be scheduled within one of your selected time slots.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with your scheduled conference time by November 1.
  • Once the conference schedule is finalized, it is very difficult to make changes. Please be sure that all of the time slots you select work for your schedule before submitting your request and let Chelley know asap if your schedule changes.

 

Please note: We hold ONE conference per student. Confirmations are sent to BOTH parents, regardless of which parent signed up for the conference. If the time/date does not work for one or the other, it is up to the family to make it work.

Parent Conference Sign-Up

One form can be completed for all children in your family. Siblings are scheduled for consecutive conferences.
You will receive a copy of your Parent Conference Sign-Up at the email above as well as the Second Parent Email.
