MEALS & FOOD
Feeding 30 people on a limited budget is challenging, so having accurate information ahead of time is essential for proper planning. To ensure everyone’s safety and needs are met, it is very important that all food allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions are reported clearly and completely. Please be sure to complete the Meals & Food section thoroughly and accurately.

We rotate small groups of students to assist in meal prep and clean up. Please indicate your level of cooking skill.
Beginner - I don't really cook. I need help and mostly use the microwave.
Basic - I can make simple foods with help (ie. sandwiches, eggs, noodles)
Good - I can cook full meals, use different kitchen tools, and don't need much help.
Great - I am very confident cooking, can make lots of different meals, and can use different kitchen tools.
ACCOMODATIONS
There are no single rooms. Students should be prepared to room with at least one (most likely more) other student.

I hereby authorize a representative of Long Trail School to consent to any emergency medical treatment for my child on this trip, and I further agree to be responsible for any medical, dental or hospital fees associated with such treatment.
