Colleen is proud to have taught at Long Trail School for over 25 years. After earning a degree in special education at LaSalle University, Colleen started her teaching career in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She moved to Vermont to join the team at LTS Support Services in 1997 and became the director of the support services program the following year. She is the mother of an LTS alumna from the Class of 2008.

Colleen attended Middlebury College’s immersive school of French and graduate studies at Norwich University. Colleen enjoys spending time with her many rescue cats, traveling to classic movie festivals, continuing to learn French, and visiting Paris.
